OUR VASCULAR SERVICES AND PROCEDURES

We deliver facility-based vascular services that are often hospital-only, so patients stay in one trusted location, with one cohesive team. Here’s what we provide:

CONDITIONS WE TREAT 

Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD) -

artery narrowing or blockage in the legs that can cause pain, claudication or risk of amputation.

Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) -

blood clots in the deep veins, which if untreated may travel and cause serious complications.

Venous Insufficiency -

when leg veins fail to return blood effectively, leading to swelling, varicose veins or ulcers.

Dialysis Access Management -

ensuring the fistula/graft for dialysis patients stays functional, treated and maintained.

 And other vascular-related concerns where timely access matters.

PROCEDURES  AND
TREATMENTS:

Diagnostic vascular ultrasound (arterial & venous, upper & lower extremities) – we evaluate flow, structural vein/artery health, carotids and more.
Angiography, angioplasty, stenting, atherectomy (for PAD) – minimally invasive interventions to restore or improve blood flow.
Venography & deep vein recanalization / iliac stenting (for vein blockages) – helping open key venous pathways that impair circulation.
Endovenous therapies (thermal ablation, laser, radiofrequency, sclerotherapy) for varicose/venous disease – comfort and function focused.
Dialysis access interventions – fistulogram, angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy, maintaining vascular access for patients on dialysis.
Embolization treatments when appropriate (e.g., uterine fibroid embolization, hemorrhoid embolization) – select advanced vascular procedures done in-house.
Comprehensive care plans:
pre-procedure preparation, procedural management, post-intervention monitoring and follow-up with our wound-care and nutrition teams.
